WWBT 12 On Your Side, the Gray-owned NBC-affiliated television station located in Richmond, VA seeks strategic, detail-oriented, and client-facing Senior Digital Sales Specialist to support and strengthen our digital sales operations. This individual will serve as the critical bridge between our Media Executives, clients, Gray Digital Media (GDM) team, and other internal operations. Responsibilities include campaign planning, performance monitoring, strategic support on high-revenue digital campaigns, key role in training, communication, and workflow efficiency. Join high-revenue digital sales presentations as a subject matter expert. Provide strategic insight and support during pitch development. Help translate client objectives into actionable digital campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and proactively recommend optimizations. Communicate digital updates, product changes, or GDM policies clearly to the team. Help lead weekly digital updates in sales meetings. Train internal personnel on digital platforms, processes, and best practices. 3+ years in digital marketing, media planning, or campaign management. Excellent understanding of digital advertising products (display, pre-roll, CTV, social, etc.) Strong communicator and collaborator; able to work cross-functionally and under pressure. Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to spot trends and troubleshoot performance issues. Must thrive in fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
