We have an immediate opening for someone to round out our top notch sales team. This position works closely with and crosses all HRG Departments including Sales, Promotions, On Air, Online, and Onsite. The work is fast paced and supports our sales staff, manages our interactive media, and helps keep our advertisers happy.
Marketing Assistant duties:
• Develop sales content such as client & prospect proposals and sales packages onMicrosoft PowerPoint & Microsoft Publisher for the Sales Team
• Manage digital campaigns and Facebook campaigns for clients
• Design online web banner ads for clients
• Manage, restock, and update sales packages
• Support the Sales Manager in preparing and executing various contests/projects/etc.
• Create graphics and images for Radio Station websites and promotions
• Design Media Kits and Station info sheets
• Communicate with potential advertisers & occasionally pitch digital products to clients
