WFXR/WWCW is currently seeking a motivated, detail oriented National Sales and Traffic Coordinator to be an integral part of the sales team. This key position will support the Director of Sales and work closely with the National Sales team to ensure revenue growth success.
Job Description:
- Work in collaboration with all facets of the sales department: national sales, local sales, digital sales, traffic, and research.
- Order entry and revisions.
- Assist with inventory management and avail requests.
- Facilitate makegood approvals with National Sales Reps.
- Provide commercial advertising time information to rep firm as needed.
- Work with corporate A/R department to manage invoices, discrepancy claims and collection issues.
- Assist with daily log editing and finalizing within log deadlines.
- Distribute reports to sales management when needed.
- Submit advertising copy instructions to the traffic department.
- Work with or fill in for other sales support personnel when needed.
- Perform or assist with additional projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Ability to work in a deadline driven, highly detailed environment.
· Ability to multi-task and meet daily deadlines.
· Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
· Must be able to work well under pressure.
· Must be dependable.
· Be a quick learner and self-starter.
· Must be able to work in a team setting with a positive attitude.
· Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Meticulous attention to detail.
· Good problem solving and communication skills.
· Previous Television/Radio/Advertising Traffic experience would be a bonus.
· Personable with good verbal and written communications skills.
· Ability to learn industry software.
· Be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and independently as needed.
