HELICOPTER MMJ – WAVY TV
WAVY TV has an opening for a Multimedia Journalist to join our flight team. Candidate must have strong reporting, photography/editing skills, and will turn content daily with our flight team. We fly a bell 206L3 news helicopter (Chopper 10) and fly drones on a regular basis. Candidate will report live from Chopper 10 and produce enterprise stories with our aerial team. Successful candidate will be required to produce creative content for WAVY TV, our social media platforms and wavy.com. We are the #1 station in the Norfolk/VA Beach, VA market (#42); our coverage extends from Williamsburg/Eastern Shore of Virginia to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. 1-2 years of experience as an MMJ preferred and a good driving record required.
