The Sales & Traffic Assistant will be responsible for assisting multiple Account Executives in all aspects of the sales process as well as be the backup for the Traffic Department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to inputting orders, checking contracts for accuracy, submitting and sometimes entering continuity instructions, training on and fulfilling the duties of Traffic to assist during vacations or sick days.
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks. Must be comfortable working with numbers, possess excellent communication and people skills, and have a positive, pleasant, and professional demeanor. Strong computer knowledge (a proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred) Prior radio experience is a plus, but not required. Training on current software will be provided.
The objective of the Sales & Traffic Assistant is to work in partnership with the Sales and Traffic Departments. When serving as backup for the Traffic Department, communicating with the Production Department will be required as well.
