PBS Appalachia, serving Southwest, VA, has an immediate opening for Field Producer. The ideal candidate produces, directs, and edits television programs, series, long-form segments and promotional spots as well as other multi-media educational, corporate and industrial segments. Excellent writing, videography, and non-linear editing skills are required.
Bachelor’s degree in film/video/media or related field preferred, plus work-related experience that includes web-based technologies. Thorough knowledge of digital video production and long-form storytelling needed.
