TV Cable and Satellite Distant Signal Copyright Claims Due to be Filed with Copyright Royalty Board
TV stations with “distant” carriage of locally produced programming on cable or satellite systems during the year 2017 must file claims for copyright royalties with the Copyright Royalty Board by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, July 31, 2018.
