Deadline for FCC to Adopt Reimbursement Rules for FM, TV Translator, and LPTV Stations Displaced By the Post-Auction Television Transition.
The FCC is required to adopt final rules by March 23, 2019, to govern the reimbursement process for eligible TV translator and LPTV stations that are displaced by the post-Auction transition and for FM stations (including FM translators) that are affected by the transition process of full power and Class A television stations.
